Agreement

By using this website or placing an order with Roses For You, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an online order.

Orders

Product photos and descriptions are representative. Fresh flowers vary by season and supply. We may substitute stems or packaging of equal or greater value when needed to fulfill your order on time. Custom and memorial designs are prepared to the details you provide at checkout or by quote.

Pricing and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars before tax unless stated otherwise. California sales tax and delivery fees (when applicable) are calculated at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.

Pickup and delivery

• Pickup is available at our Montrose shop during posted hours.
• Delivery fees are based on distance from our shop as described on the Delivery page. Same-day delivery windows depend on cut-off times, traffic, and capacity.
• Someone should be available to receive delivery. If we cannot complete delivery after reasonable attempts, we may arrange pickup or reschedule - additional fees may apply.

Memorial and sympathy orders

Memorial and sympathy arrangements generally need at least three calendar days' notice. Same-day memorial service is not available online. Please include service details and any ribbon wording carefully - errors in customer-provided text may not be changeable after design begins.

Payment

Online card payments are processed through Clover Hosted Checkout. Other tender (such as Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal) may be available by calling the shop. Orders are not confirmed until payment is authorized or arranged with staff.

Returns and quality

Fresh flower sales are generally final. Defective product claims follow our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site - including attempting to disrupt service, scrape content at scale, place fraudulent orders, or harass staff or customers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Roses For You is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or flower orders. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in the courts serving Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
